Osnovne informacije Proizvođač Brengun Šifra proizvoda: BRE-S144019 Težina 0.03 kg Ean: 8595683901475 Skala 1:144 Dodato je u katalog: 1.10.2021 Tagovi Avro-Canada-VZ-9-Avrocar resin-PE kit of experimental plane Avro Canada VZ-9 Avrocar was a disc-shaped US-Canadian prototype aircraft from the Cold War period. The machine was first flew in 1959, but it did not enter mass production. The propulsion was provided by three Continental J69-T9 turbojet engines with a thrust of 2.9 kN each. The machine was 5.5 meters in diameter and its height was 1.1-1.2 meters. The maximum speed was about 490 km / h. The lead designer of the Avro Canada VZ-9 Avrocar was Jack Frost - an experienced aircraft constructor who contributed significantly to the development of the successful CF-100 Canuck fighter aircraft. The project of the VZ-9 Avrocar was most likely to lead to the creation of an aircraft capable of reaching supersonic speeds and with VTOL properties, that is, capable of vertical take-off and landing. From a very early stage of work, it was also assumed that it would use the so-called Coanda effect. Initially, this secret project was funded by the Canadian government, but the US quickly became responsible for funding it. Unfortunately, in the course of the first Avro Canada tests, the VZ-9 Avrocar showed considerable instability in flight, and even worse - terrible performance compared to the assumed one. These factors led to the cancellation of the project as early as 1961. Greška u opisu? Prijavi problem

The first prototypes of the vehicle were created in the early 1930s, and serial production continued in 1933-1934, ending with the production of 51 vehicles. The car was powered by a single engine Tatra 71 T-52 with a power of 32 HP. The armament was two machine guns ZB vz.26 cal. 7.92 mm. Armored car Tatra OA vz.30 was created as a successor to the OA vz.27 vehicle. In the period 1934-1939 it was the basic vehicle of this type of the Czechoslovak army. It was built on the basis of the Tatra T-72 truck chassis. Tatra OA vz.30 featured a three-axle undercarriage with a hull protected by armor plates up to 5.5 mm thick. The armament was placed in a rotating turret at the top of the fuselage and in the front - at the driver's seat. After the collapse of Czechoslovakia, vehicles of this type were used by Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and - perhaps - Germany. As part of the armed forces of Slovakia, the Tatra OA vz.30 vehicles took a marginal part in the September campaign in 1939 and in the first months of Operation Barbarossa in 1941. Greška u opisu? Osnovne informacije Proizvođač LF Models Šifra proizvoda: LFM-LF7239 Skala 1:72 Dodato je u katalog: 6.7.2021 Tagovi Vultee-BT13 Complete resin kit with photo-etched parts, canopy and 3 decal options The Vultee BT-13 Valiant was a US-made training aircraft from the Second World War. The drive was provided by a single engine in the basic version Pratt and Whitney R-985-AN-1 with 450 HP. The first flight of this machine took place in March 1939, and serial production was carried out in 1939-19347. During its course, about 11,500 aircraft of this type were built. The machine did not have on-board weapons. Vultee BT-13 Valiant was commissioned by the US Air Force, but was also used to train pilots of the Navy (under the designation SNV) and the Marine Corps. It was intended for basic training. The machine was characterized by high flight safety, was easy to pilot and reliable, but also cheap to produce and operate. These qualities meant that the machines of this type quickly won the sympathy of the pilots flying on it. In the course of serial production, several versions of the Vultee BT-13 were created, including: BT-13 (basic production series), BT-13A (version with a slightly improved drive unit) or BT-13B (version with a completely new electrical installation). Airplanes of this type were used by many foreign users, including Chile, the PRC, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Israel, Mexico and Peru. Greška u opisu? Prijavi problem

Osnovne informacije Proizvođač LF Models Šifra proizvoda: LFM-LF7265 Skala 1:72 Dodato je u katalog: 6.7.2021 Complete resin kit with decals, canopy The Curtiss P-1 Hawk was an American fixed landing gear biplane fighter in the classic layout. The flight of the prototype took place in 1923, and about 200 machines of this type were created during serial production. The plane, in the P-1C version, was 7.01 meters long with a wingspan of 9.6 meters. The drive was provided by a single Curtiss D-12C engine with a power of up to 422 HP. The maximum speed was around 250 km / h, with a flight range of 480 kilometers. The deck armament consisted of two 7.62 mm Browning M1919 machine guns. The Curtiss P-1 Hawk was essentially a mass-produced XPW.8B prototype aircraft, also manufactured at Curtiss, which in turn was based on the R-6 fighter. Both machines were relatively similar in construction, but had slightly different power units, the structure of the middle part of the fuselage and slightly different performance. Several versions of the Curtiss P-1 Hawk were developed in the course of production, such as: P-1C (version with Curtiss D-12E engine), P-3A (version with Pratt and Whitney Wasp engine) or AT-4 (training version) . Apart from the United States, aircraft of this type in various versions were operated in, among others, Bolivia, Chile and Japan. Greška u opisu? Prijavi problem

The length of the machine in the basic version was 9.25 m, with a wingspan of 12.5 m and a maximum take-off weight of approx. 2,145 kg. The drive was provided by a single Rolls-Royce Kestrel VIIb engine with 630 HP. The maximum speed was up to 250 km / h. The deck armament consisted of three 7.9 mm FN and Lewis machine guns. The plane could also carry up to 200 kg of bombs. The Fokker CV was developed by Anton Fokker with export markets in mind. The plant offered the possibility of installing various engines with a power from 450 to 970 HP, as well as a different wingspan and the possibility of installing a float chassis. As the aircraft was generally a successful design that could be adapted to many tasks on the battlefield, it quickly turned out to be quite a success and was exported to many countries. There were also many versions of it. The latter include, for example: C.VA (reconnaissance version), C.VC (attack aircraft) or C.VD (multi-role aircraft). The machine was also licensed in Italy under the designation Romeo Ro.1, and later also Ro.1-bis. The plane was used in military aviation, among others: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy and Hungary. The length of the machine in the F28-1000 version was 27.4 m, with a wingspan of 23.6 m and a maximum take-off weight of approx. 29,480 kg. The drive was provided by two Rolls-Royce Spey turbofan engines with a thrust of 43.9 kN each. The cruising speed for the F28-1000 version is 848 km / h, with a range of 1700 kilometers. 241 machines of this type were created in the course of serial production. The Fokker F28 Fellowship was developed as an evolutionary development of the very successful Fokker F27, and it was decided to use jet engines instead of turboprops. In the course of the design work, Fokker also conducted careful surveys among their customers regarding their demand for an aircraft of this class. Finally, a successful machine was created that found many foreign customers. In the course of production, many versions of this jet were also created, among which the following can be indicated: F28-1000 (version capable of carrying 65 passengers), F28-2000 (version with a longer body, capable of carrying 79 passengers) or F28-4000 (version with an enlarged wingspan, capable of taking up to 85 passengers and equipped with Rolls-Royce Spey Mk.555-15H engines. Osnovne informacije Proizvođač Royal Model di R. Reale Šifra proizvoda: RLM566 Težina 0.11 kg Skala 1:10 Dodato je u katalog: 1.6.2021 Tagovi Italian-World-War-II-Infantry The Eritrean Ascarias are soldiers who are indigenous peoples of Eritrea - a colony conquered by the Kingdom of Italy at the end of the 19th century. These troops served in the Italian Royal Corps of Colonial Forces (owned by Regio Corpo di Truppe Coloniali) in the period 1889-1941. These troops were treated as regular troops and were used primarily in African territories as order and occupation forces, but also as troops most capable of fighting in the front lines. The Ascarsian troops were seen as the best of all the Italian colonial forces, and their fighting qualities and personal courage were compared to the Gurkha servants of the British army. They were also characterized by high morale and loyalty to Italy. During World War II The Eritrean Ascarias served primarily in East Africa, taking part in the Battles of Cheren and Amba-Alagi. Interestingly, many Askaris, despite the Italian surrender in Ethiopia and Eritrea in 1941, continued to fight in the Italian guerrilla warfare in these areas. It is worth adding that after World War II, many of these great soldiers took part in the Eritrean War of Independence. The Italian government after World War II did not forget about the Askaris who served in the Italian colonial army, creating a special pension fund for them in 1950, which covered up to 140,000. people. Osnovne informacije Proizvođač PanzerArt Šifra proizvoda: PNZFI35-099 Težina 0.02 kg Skala 1:35 Dodato je u katalog: 6.11.2020 Tagovi PzKpfw-III PzKpfw-IV German-World-War-II-Tank-Crew The first tanks in the German army appeared at the end of World War I - these were the A7V machines. After the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, the German armed forces were forbidden to develop armored weapons, but the German side did not honor these restrictions and secretly developed armored weapons. However, after Adolf Hitler came to power in 1933, this development became fully official, and in 1935 the 1st Armored Division was formed. In the period 1935-1939, further divisions were formed, and their main equipment was the Pz.Kpfw cars: I, II, III and IV. A single armored division at that time was composed of a tank brigade divided into two armored regiments, a motorized infantry brigade and support units, among others: reconnaissance, artillery, anti-aircraft and sappers. It consisted of about 300 tanks in full time. It is also worth adding that the German armored forces (German: Panzerwaffe) were trained and prepared to implement the doctrine of lightning war, and not - as in many armies of the time - to support infantry activities. Therefore, emphasis was put in training "pancerniaków" on the interchangeability of functions, independence in decision-making by officers and non-commissioned officers and the best technical mastery of the tanks owned. All this resulted in great successes of German armored weapons in Poland in 1939, but especially in Western Europe in 1940. Also in the course of the fighting in North Africa - especially in the period 1941-1942 - the German armored forces turned out to be a very difficult opponent. Before the invasion of the USSR, the number of German armored divisions almost doubled, but the number of tanks in these units decreased to about 150-200 vehicles. Also in the course of the fighting on the Eastern Front - especially in 1941-1942 - the German armored forces were superior in training and organization to their Soviet opponent. However, contact with such vehicles as the T-34 or KW-1 forced the introduction of the Pz.Kpfw V and VI tanks to the line in 1942 and 1943. Growing losses on the Eastern Front, as well as lost battles - at Stalingrad or Kursk - made the German Panzerwaffe weaken. Its structure included heavy tank battalions (with 3 tank companies), and in 1943, armored grenadier divisions were established. There was also an increasingly clear advantage of the Soviet side, and from 1944 - the need to simultaneously fight the Soviet troops in the east and the Allies in the west. It is also assumed that it was then (in the years 1944-1945) that the training of the German armored forces was weaker than in the previous period and did not constitute such a significant advantage on the German side than before. The last large-scale operations of the German Panzerwaffe were the offensives in the Ardennes (1944-1945) and in Hungary (1945). Greška u opisu? Prijavi problem

The brigade took its unofficial name, that is Ramcke Brigade, from the surname of its commander - Hermann Ramcke. The brigade was formed in 1942 and fought in North Africa from the very beginning, taking part in the 1st Battle of El-Alamein. In its course, the unit was surrounded, but its soldiers, despite heavy losses, managed to break through to their own lines in a daring way. In the period October-November 1942, the unit fought in the Second Battle of El-Alamein, suffering further losses, and after the defeat of the Axis states in this battle, it retreated through Tripolitania to Tunisia, where it fought in the last battles in North Africa. The capitulation of the unit takes place in May 1943. In full time, Ramcke Brigade had three parachute infantry battalions, a training battalion, an artillery battalion, an anti-tank and engineering company, as well as communications and sanitary units. Fallschirmjäger is the collective term for German airborne units from the interwar period and World War II. The first parachute unit was organized in Nazi Germany in 1936 - perhaps as a result of observations made during the Soviet maneuvers of the previous year. The first paratroopers squad was created on the initiative of Herman Göring and was assigned to the Luftwaffe. A year later (1937), the first unit of this type was subordinated to the Wehrmacht, and more precisely to the land forces. In 1938, these units were combined and expanded to form the 7th Aviation Division under the command of General Kurt Student. It consisted of parachute infantry, troops trained to transport gliders and infantry transported to the battlefield by airplanes. In the course of World War II, more Fallschirmjäger units were created, incl. in 1943, on the basis of the 7th Aviation Division, the 1st and 2nd Parachute Divisions were established. In the period 1939-1941, the German Fallschirmjäger was used for its intended purpose (e.g. during the fighting in Western Europe in 1940), but after the heavy losses suffered in the course of the fighting in Crete in 1941, the German parachute troops began to be used primarily as elite infantry units, in which role they proved to be very successful, earning the nickname "Green Devils" among the Allies. The only prototype of this car was built in the second half of 1940, but the vehicle never entered mass production. The length of the tank was 8.83 meters and a width of 3.41 meters. The drive was provided by a single V-2SN engine with a power of 850 HP. The main armament was the 85mm F-30 cannon and three 7.62mm machine guns. The KW-220 was developed at the Leningrad plant as a successor to the KW-1 heavy tank. In order to shorten the research and development work, the general assumptions of the KW-1 car were used, but also many new elements were used. First of all, there was a heavier main armament, a completely new turret, as well as a new engine with a turbocharger generating more maximum power. Also, the armor on the front of the hull and turret was thicker to 100 mm. Interestingly, the same hull and chassis were used as in the KW-1, but it was extended. The KW-220 was lost during the fighting in December 1941. Greška u opisu? Prijavi problem

The drive was provided by a single engine Rhone of French production . The prototype flight took place in 1914. The plane never entered mass production. It was armed with a single 7.7mm Lewis machine gun. The Caproni Ca.20 is often considered the first completely new-built fighter in the history of aviation. Its construction was based on proven elements and technical solutions used in the Caproni Ca.18 and Caproni Ca.16 machines. Unlike them, however, it had a changed shape of the front part of the fuselage, providing better aerodynamic properties, a more powerful engine and had an on-board machine gun. Despite the good Ca.20 performance, the command of the Italian armed forces rejected the project in favor of creating bomber planes.
