FUJIGEN danas ima 3 tvornice na 3 različite lokacije: Glavnu tvornicu u gradu Matsumoto, tvornicu Omachi u predgrađu Matsumotoa i tvornicu Hirooka u gradu Shiojiri. U tvornici Omachi drvo je obrađeno s njihovim specijaliziranim vlastitim načinom sušenja. Najkvalitetnije drvo se pažljivo oblikuje sa 5-osovičnim CNC-usmjerivačem namijenjenim za izradu tijela gitare i vrata. U obadvije tvornice iz Matsumotoa i onoj iz grada Hirooka proizvodi su premazani, sastavljeni i napravit je završni "finish". Osim tih tvornica, FUJIGEN ima i filijale poput "Ohotsk Public Wood Craft Promotion Ltd." u blizini Hokkaidoa, te surađuju sa njima i vrše nadzor pri svim proizvodnim procesima drveta i unutar premazivačkih postrojenja. Postoje 22 suradničke firme u području Matsumoto koje su u grupi sa FUJIGEN korporacijom. Ova mreža podrške i suradnje je važan dio proizvodnje za firmu FUJIGEN. Vrlo važna stvar o kojoj se brinu u FUJIGEN-u je ulaganje u budućnost, te se jako vodi računa da se znanje i iskustvo sa trenutnih inženjera prenese i na nove pripravnike koji će jednog dana također biti vrhunski inženjeri. OSNIVANJE ORIGINAL BRANDA "FUJIGEN" (FGN gitare)... Fujigen-ova custom radionica u Tokiju Kao OEM za vrhunske brendove, u FUJIGEN-u namjeravaju učvrstiti njihovu poziciju kao dobar partner kad je riječ o uvjetima "kvalitete ispred kvantitete". U zadnje vrijeme su počeli pokretati i internacionalni distribucijski lanac za FGN brand gitara (tu i mi... Audio Pro Artist d.o.o. ulazimo priču :) Njihova custom radionica u Tokiju je glavno prodajno mjesto za FUJIGEN / FGN potpisane gitare i bas gitare. Iskusni radnici danas primaju mnoge specijalne narudžbe za individualno osmišljene instrumente te još pružaju i uslugu servisa.
